Pay Your Bill

Pay by MailMost customers prefer to pay their bill by mail using the return envelope enclosed with their monthly bill. If you have misplaced the envelope, place your check and payment stub in your own envelope and mail to:

Pay by PhoneUse Western Union® Speedpay® to process your payment 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

Call 1-866-589-5032 and follow the prompts. You also may opt to speak to a customer service representative. Your credit card statement will show “866-383-1846GAS UTILIT.” Western Union Speedpay charges a $3.95 convenience fee. (Note -- As of August 1 the fee will increase to $4.95.)

When paying your natural gas bill by phone you can use your checking or savings account, debit/ATM or Visa, MasterCard or Discover card.

Budget Payment Plan With our Budget Payment Plan we bill you the same amount every month for the next 12 months. This eliminates the "peaks and valleys" in your natural gas bill caused by winter's cold and summer's heat, making household budgeting much easier.  Here's how the plan works:
  • We estimate your natural gas usage for the next 12 months, based on your past usage.
  • We divide that amount by 12 to determine your monthly payment.
  • We review your plan quarterly to make sure your budget amount is keeping pace with your actual usage. In August, we'll  adjust your monthly amount as needed for the coming payment year.
