Our Role Elkton Gas, a subsidiary of AGL Resources, serves approximately 5,100 residential and business natural gas customers in the greater Elkton area, on Maryland's eastern shore.  Our parent company, AGL Resources (NYSE:ATG), is positioned to become one of the nation's preeminent distributors of natural gas.

In addition to the natural gas service that Elkton Gas provides to homes, businesses and industries, we also provide related energy services, such as the maintenance and repair of heating systems and appliances as well as assistance in converting to natural gas from other fuels. Our History

1863	Elkton Gas Light Company was incorporated.
1945	Our company merged with Pennsylvania & Southern.
1994	Elton Gas becomes part of NUI Corp.
2004	We became a subsidiary of AGL Resources Inc. (NYSE:ATG).
