• Call Before You Dig:  Call 8-1-1 (toll-free) at least 48 hours before digging (it’s the law).
• Have the Lines Marked: Elkton Gas will locate and mark the lines.
• Respect the Marks: Always dig by hand within 18 inches of marked utilities.
• Dig With Care: Making the call before you or your contractor dig will help prevent injury and property damage.
